On the employment counseling side, Ciampa Fray-Witzer routinely advises its corporate clients regarding compliance with all state and federal employment statutes, wage and hour issues, leave policies, litigation avoidance, sexual harassment prevention, classification of employees and independent contractors, discrimination risk management, the hiring and termination of employees, protection of trade secrets, monitoring of employee internet use, and employee privacy rights.

In addition, Ciampa Fray-Witzer regularly drafts and reviews employment handbooks and policies, executive severance agreements, non-competition, non-disclosure, and non-solicitation agreements, independent contractor agreements, and employment agreements.
