Ciampa Fray-Witzer, LLP was founded by two lawyers from large firms committed to maintaining the highest level of practice, while providing more nimble, client-focused solutions.
We don’t do everything because we would rather do a few things exceedingly well. Our firm provides sophisticated representation in all areas of management-side employment law, partner and shareholder rights, non-competition law, and other complex business disputes. The Firm also maintains an active civil appellate practice and higher education practice and we regularly conduct employment- and business-related internal investigations.
We’re confident you will like the way we work. We build long term relationships with our clients. We listen before we speak. We focus on prevention before problems arise, and reasoned solutions to existing problems. And, when need be, we are tenacious courtroom advocates. We take our work and our clients very seriously – ourselves, less so.
